Shipping policy

We ship your orders as soon as we possibly can using Canada Post.  Occasionally orders must be created and we will take 1 to 3 extra days creation time to fulfill your request. 

We live in the Yukon and our parcel mail leaves Monday-Friday, so there may be a slight delay in delivery due to northern practices.  Most of the time we love our 'northern practices' and this is a very minor inconvenience.

You may notice that we also try to ship with recycled material.  This does not devalue your glass piece, it shows that we value green practices and this ideology is also relevant to our studio glass recycling and our solar paneled roof.
